Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Full-time | Permanent

Your Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the central point of contact for our customers and support the entire sales process – from quotation preparation to delivery.

Your tasks include:

• Preparation and follow-up of quotations
• Entry and processing of customer orders
• Customer support via telephone and email
• Supporting our field sales team
• Coordinating schedules with production, purchasing, and logistics
• Maintaining customer, article, and price data in the ERP system
• Handling complaints and customer inquiries
• General administrative tasks in inside sales

Your Profile

You don’t need to have everything – what’s more important to us is motivation, reliability, and a willingness to learn new tasks.

Ideally, you have:

· completed commercial training, e.g.

• Industrial Clerk
• Management Assistant for Wholesale and Foreign Trade
• Management Assistant for Office Management
• or a comparable qualification
• initial experience in inside sales, order processing, or customer service (an advantage, but not a requirement)
• initial experience using an ERP system
• ideally, knowledge of French
• a structured and independent way of working
• enjoyment in dealing with customers
• team spirit, commitment, and a sense of responsibility

Career starters and graduates are also explicitly welcome.
