Additionally, due to our sales and customer structure, it is extremely important for our company to be able to react quickly and punctually to customer requests through constant delivery capability and readiness.

Despite strong competitive pressure, we have been constantly and successfully trying to consolidate and further expand our market position and company image, which we have built up over more than 25 years. As a result, we have designed and implemented a quality management system certified since 1996 according to the DIN EN ISO 9000 series of standards.

Since the foundation of our company, a high quality standard has been the benchmark of our work for the customer.
We have therefore anchored quality management as a component with the highest priority in our business policy.

Our primary goal is to provide our customers with objective benefits and high security when using our products, in order to meet their requirements and expectations for our products.

To implement the required product and process quality, we have established the quality system, which is described in the Quality Management Manual as a permanent reference basis for realizing and monitoring the system.

Our quality management was directly commissioned by the management to document, coordinate and continuously develop the quality assurance or quality management system.

It is thanks to the active cooperation, willingness to perform and especially the capability of all employees that we have achieved our current market position. In order to maintain this in the future and to carry it forward, we have documented our quality standard externally through certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001 by DET NORSKE VERITAS.

All quality assurance measures are clearly defined, and their implementation is subject to clear coordination. Each employee is responsible for the quality of their work in their business area and is thus committed to the goals of our quality policy. The active support and cooperation of our trained personnel in production and administration is absolutely necessary to not only maintain this quality standard but to continuously improve it.

The quality management system aims to prevent errors. We thus reduce our risk in relation to possible complaints and also very expensive cases of product liability.

In an “established” company like ours, activities and processes in production as well as in administration inevitably develop over the years that can either be sensibly complemented or reduced. Identifying this is also an objective of our quality management system, so that we expect it to constantly increase our economic efficiency and rationalize our operational and administrative processes.
